Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with System Tech Racing. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

 

Returns Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

• Personalized or customized products.

• Gift cards.

Return Process:

1. Please contact our customer service team at info@systemtechracing.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

2. Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions on where to send the item.

4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number on the package, and ship it to the provided address.

 

Refund Process:

1. Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund.

2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

 

Exchanges:

• Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

 

Cancellations:

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
