All items must be returned original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
Contact us within one week of receiving the package to obtain a return
authorization number. The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of
the box with a note explaining the reason for retuning the item included inside
the box.
Items that are returned without obtaining an RA number will not be accepted.
