Kit Supplied with Tap and Inserts -- 2 8mm Flat Head Bolts to install into Bar Ends & Mount Handguards Rigidly. Machined from 6061 Aluminum for added strength.
Applications: Compatible with nearly all aluminum handlebars (including Flexx handlebars).
*** Not for use on Renthal Twin Tube or Azonic Double Wall bars***.

Castings are inexpensive and keep production costs down, all the companies use them. They do not offer the strength of a "milled from Billet", type structure. So, we came up with this 3D milled design. It is cut from a solid block of aircraft grade Aluminum, not a casting. This Guard mounts up closely to the stock clutch cover. Applications: Husaberg 2 stroke, 250-300, yr 04-2012 Adding silicone sealant between the two pieces will add still more protection / reliability, while also keeping dirt out. * We have not been able to find (single use) packets of Silicone seal, as of yet. The guard is held in place at the 4 + 7 " O Clock " stock mounting points, with supplied S.S. hardware. Supplied with 6mm Stainless Steel hardware.
